Katie Dominesey has over 15 years experience building and scaling brands across a variety of industries. Katie spent the first five years of her career in Los Angeles laying the groundwork for a career in driving revenue in the CPG and pharmaceutical industries. Acknowledging she wanted to develop her leadership and further understanding of strategic business, she left LA and pursued her MBA in Barcelona, Spain. After graduating, Katie moved to New York and for the next decade continued to work for leading companies in the retail, media, events, jewelry, and tech space. Katie has been head of all revenue and commercial activities for businesses >$50M, held a VP title in mergers and acquisitions, launched and sold new products into top retail outlets, integrated a newly acquired startup business, negotiated six-figure partnership and activation contracts with the largest tech companies in the world, and has been head of a world-renowned event portfolio.  Although Katie has achieved great success within organizations fueled by speed and brute force, her specialty is transforming growing businesses into systematic and scalable enterprises that bring value today and tomorrow.

Katie has recently relocated back to Los Angeles with her husband, Paul, and their twin toddlers, Lily and Ollie. She is a member of the 10th House, Female Founders Collective founded by Rebecca Minkoff and Alison Wyatt and is passionate about issues like fair pay and parental leave. When she is not building sandcastles with Lily and Ollie, she enjoys playing tennis, skiing, traveling, and listening to classic rock.
